5/5 Stars, would recommend and do business again. I run a Discord server for community members in an E-Bike/PEV niche where we have weekly and monthly giveaways. The weekly giveaways are hosted in our Discord server only for Platinum and Diamond tiers of a monthly subscription membership (that also includes Gold tier) consisting of about 150 members (now only ~50). Convivial services was able to make a custom bot that integrates with Shopify's API and is able to verify what tier a member is, if they're active or cancelled, automatically remove unsubscribed tiers, and give verified members their specific role based on their Shopify tags such as "Platinum" or "Diamond". They were very knowledgeable and responsive and made this project happen in about 2 weeks of (on my part) on and off communication, just to understand the perimeters and make sure they have all the information to start working on it to save everyone time in the long-term. Their invoice quote was very reasonable. They're able to host the server that the bot runs on as well, which makes it just that much easier to have them set up + have everything in one place with one team. Overall 5/5 rating. They walked me through everything and explained stuff that I was unsure of or had questions about and made the process super simple. Would recommend and absolutely do business with again.
