They came through beyond any expectations One month, I thought. I’ll give Books Go Social thirty days to see if they can help get more parents’ eyes on my children’s books. The month isn’t quite up. But the numbers speak for themselves: visits to my author site- up nearly 50%. From as far away as Russia and India. And book sales exponentially increasing as well, especially for my featured book, ‘The Mayfly and the Methuselah Tree.’ I am thrilled with the results. Five Stars are well-deserved. This is a very encouraging way to begin the year.

I've had BGS do most of the covers in… I've had BGS do most of the covers in my Portia of the Pacific Historical Mystery series. They were great covers, and I've also done their book launch. Now that I see they're using A.I., which is the bulwark in the service I want to market to authors, I'm using them again for the Diamond promotion plan on Amazon ads with my first mystery in the series, and Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok, plus the mailings to get the info out on my new business. I've also recommended them for my clients who want to purchase ads and have them run efficiently! Tanja is a great manager, and has made some superb suggestions about this. I look forward the results and leads.

Initially a disappointment, but they recovered and improved I have been a client of BGS for almost three months, and chose the Platinum membership, which cost almost five hundred dollars. Since the start, I have sold exactly five books. The staff I have had contact with are very pleasant and helpful, and I have been contacted by Mr. O'Bryan, the founder of BGS. He was very generous in offering to help me directly, and I am going to give it a shot. I am amending my review to three stars for now, simply because they are trying to help me. I will post a final update later. Final update. I changed my review to five stars, not because I've sold any books (I haven't), but because the staff and owner of bgs have bent over backward to help me improve my listing, my cover, and even my sales strategy. Whether I actually sell many copies or not, I cannot fault them for lack of effort.

BGS is the best book marketing company BGS is a wonderful company to work with. I used their Editorial Review service, which was thoughtful, constructive and accurate, and I highly recommend it. BGS, you are awesome :) I have recently self published a book, but was clueless about marketing. I hired BGS for their silver package. It was set up for me quickly, and I was able to see the promo posts go up on Twitter several times a day. The marketing person I was assigned was Denis. He replied to my emails within twelve hours, and was friendly and polite. One of the most important things to me is rapport and relatability with whoever I’m working with. The publishing business can be pretentious and very formal, and the the publishing company I used previously sent me generic copied and pasted replies, and the emails were impersonal. When you’ve put your heart and soul into a book, you need to know that the people who are looking after your book know you, know the book, and have a vested interest in its success. I feel that BGS give me the feeling of security and that close working relationship that is so important. In retrospect, I wish I had discovered BGS before I employed another company to initially publish my book. I was happy with the service given to me with the silver package, and it did generate a few sales and reviews to help with gaining awareness of the book’s release. Nothing incredible happened, but BGS worked hard and it definitely helped, alongside a bit of my own promo. I have now employed BGS to set up and run my Amazon ads (which to be frank, is a pain in the ar*e for anyone with limited knowledge!). I have yet to see if the ads generate sales, but if they do, I will keep using BGS indefinitely. Real people with good souls. Top notch, dedicated service. Great pricing structure for indie authors.
