GBCharged more than agreed upon PerfectClick seemed like it was going to be great. Eric was good to work with at first. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and it seemed that this was going to be great. However, the service didn't work for my business. I won't cast aspersions on this point because I did receive a number of calls that I was not able to properly field. The ones I did answer were not high quality and didn't result in business. Where I am upset is that Eric went over our agreed upon initial budget. I showed them statements and asked for the overage back. Eric has completely ghosted me. Not a single reply after I asked for my overage back. It is EXTREMELY frustrating and unprofessional. It seems like most on here have gotten great results, which is wonderful. No problems with that part. I just want the extra money that I didn't agree to spend given back to me. After reading the reply, I only want to reiterate that my major frustration is that they purchased more leads than I agreed to. Over 200 more in leads than I agreed to. All I want is that overage back. I'm not disparaging the service. I'm sure it works fine for others who are better prepared. Can you please just give me back the extra money you spent that I didn't agree to? I send proof of these payments. I just think a deal is a deal.

GBVery pleased with the service Very pleased with the service. I was using thumbtack for moving leads, but the results were not good. Customers who come from PerfectClick seem to convert better and their customer support is better than most.

GBOne of the best ways to get customers PerfectClick is one of the best ways to get customers. The lead cost is close to half of what we were paying before and the quality is overall good. Every now and then we might get a bad lead but still much better than anything else I’ve tried.

GBGlad we found this company Very impressed with the results. We recently switched from a marketing company that supposedly specializes in our industry and the difference has been night & day. The PerfectClick customer service has been great. Very responsive. The fact that we can know which calls come from their ads as soon as we answer the phone is nice too. Overall more features and better results for a lower price than what we were using before.

GBVery fast We just started, but the experience so far has been impressive. Everything is very fast. I spoke to two other companies who said it would take several months to get results. PerfectClick tells you it only takes a week or so to get results, which I was skeptical of since everyone else said much longer, but I have to say these guys know what they are doing because we did get calls our first week and closed two jobs.
