Customer Service + Great Features = Success! I've done a lot of giveaways, and I usually use Google Forms. But I wanted to get more followers, so I did some research and decided on Sweepwidget. It worked! At first I wanted a refund (which they would have provided) because I didn't see how I could give people points for following my personal LinkedIn page. But the customer service person who responded to my refund request told me they had JUST added a feature that let you add "follow a LinkedIn Influencer" to your entry options. Yay!
