My dissatisfaction is profound. I've invested several thousand dollars into marketing initiatives that remain unfinished, even two years after the project's conclusion. I've made numerous attempts to seek answers, only to be met with evasion. Each inquiry seems to lead only to more runaround, leaving my concerns unaddressed. I've also asked for contact details for management, but this request has been met with silence, ignored just as my previous inquiries. I'm actively seeking help to secure a refund for the services that were paid for but have not been delivered. Regrettably, I've come to the conclusion that I have been scammed.
