We're in the restaurant industry and we… We're in the restaurant industry and we desperately needed to adapt to the changes going on in the pandemic. NCF helped set up a QR code feature so customers can order themselves without waiting on staff or using physical menus. This one feature has allowed us to stay in business. Seriously, we don't know where we would be without NCF!

Great support It's been a smooth transition from my previous payment process to NCF. I like how I have a direct account manager that handles all of my needs rather than a new rep every time. I called my rep once about an issue with the POS and she handled it immediately. Great customer service!

Great customer service NCF really went above and beyond with their customer service! They sat down with us and performed a cost comparison of how they could save us money. From there they matched our previous rate and beat it. Overall, their team is extremely friendly and easy to work with.

Amazing customer support Although I have shopped around a lot, I have yet to find any card processing companies with lower or more comprehensive rates. The few times my staff or I have called customer service, we have had a very short wait to talk to a live person, and the issue was always resolved quickly. In addition, NCF’s customer support staff is always careful not to divulge my personal information to my staff.
