Best customer support and onboarding EVER This team is amazing! I was about to rip out my hair trying to find a way for my clients to contact me from my evergreen high ticket funnel that didn't send an email and where we could naturally start a conversation on SMS. 8 different texting company trials and I was about to give up when I asked for suggestions on FB. Roezan was the first one given with a tag to one of the co-owners. Devin, one of the co-owners chatted me through my goals and even gave suggestions on how to pull it off. I booked a call with the team (ending up with the COO) and Devin said he'd join him for the call and to come with the problems and goals I faced. This software is incredible Been using Roezan for myself and my clients and I absolutely love it. It is extremely easy to integrate into ActiveCampaign and the 2-way SMS allows our sales team to communicate with leads through the leads favorite channel whether that’s text, email, or a phone call… All can be guided there through the initial automated SMS. Plus, as an added bonus when a lead is moved to a new stage in our pipeline I can automatically send out text messages to make the user experience from the initial contact through the delivery seamless.
