GBContinued charging me for years after I cancelled I cancelled my Tailwind account years ago, because it wasn't very good. I've just found out they've been charging my credit card every year since. I contacted support. They initially offered me a refund for the years they overcharged me for but have since told me they won't provide any refunds for transactions over 120 days old despite acknowledging they could see my cancellation request from 2021. Buyer beware.

USI switched to Tailwind from another… I switched to Tailwind from another social media app. Tailwind has reduced the amount of time I spend creating content for social media. Also, the ability to create images within the app reduces how much work I have to put in to connect with my audience.
