I got off the phone knowing exactly what your company could do for us and the exact price it was going to cost. I have worked with so many companies who give ballpark prices and dangle you around but that is not how I felt today. Give this man a raise

Great product, great customer service! We did a year long postcard marketing campaign with postcard mania in 2019. We were very happy with the service we received, they provided us with a high quality product, as well as wonderful customer service. Should we choose to do another campaign postcard mania will be our first choice.

Horrible experience Horrible experience. The postcard they designed for me wasn't even relevant to my business it was sooo bad. I ended up getting a refund and I will be using another company. They do NOT care about the customer. Don't waste your money. DERROGATORY treatment apparently is the same as calling staff out on the shoddy work I paid for. I am ALWAYS professional. Sorry not sorry.

PostcardMania is fabulous! We have been using PostcardMania for years. We are a student music travel company and they have designed postcards and brochures for us and have handled the mailing of the material. The designs look great! The staff that we work with is top notch and the time of turn-a-round on the proofs with any changes or corrections that we have submitted is fast. Terrible list 1/2 came back first time Terrible list 1/2 came back first time, modified list and a lot came back second time. Customer service promised refund but did not give credit or refund! Poor communications contacted President who did not bother to respond! Did not get one single response from mailing. Thats never happened in 70 years of us doing mailings! Very poor response and communications with PotcardMania! Tip for consumers: Terrible Do Not Use!
