One of the best AI writing tools out there I tried out Scalenut after i came across a blog post online. What i like about it is that it has a user-friendly interface, so it's easy to locate what you want and get the hang of the platform. I'm a blog writer, so i use the blog post generator a lot. The AI tool creates awesome blog posts in less than 5 minutes. I like that you can also create social media posts, product descriptions, and meta descriptions. You can also use it to come up with blog ideas. Will definitely continue using Scalenut to produce content.

Billing issue Got billed for a full year without as much as a days notification. There is no easy way that I can see on their website on how to adjustment my subscription. The email you receive from them say to click here to manage subscription has no actual way to manage your subscription. My suggestion if you want to try these guys out is to go monthly and then if you like it go for a longer term contract. Because they give you absolutely zero heads up time when they bill you for a year. I don't even think I used their service.

Difficult to cancel the subscription It is extremely difficult to cancel the subscription and there is no way to delete our account permanently on the account settings page. I had to jump through hoops to try and cancel, which ended up being a huge waste of my time. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone - avoid it if you can!

Scalenut is Eye catching with unique features! Scalenut is truly simply the best! Have been using it for almost a year now and it keeps getting better with time. It's not like other low quality AI generating sites. It has some very unique features that simplifies your content writing work and even exceptional copywriting work! :) I truly hope they keep bringing in new features to make our work easier

Seriously Disappointed with Support! I've hit my breaking point with customer service here. I sent multiple emails, and guess what? No replies. Not a single one. Then I tried the live chat, hoping for some human interaction. They told me someone would get back to me via email. It's been days, and my inbox is as empty as their promises. I'm not one to rant, but this has become some of the most underwhelming support I've ever encountered in the SaaS world. It's not just disappointing; it's frustratingly bad.
