Seriously Disappointed with Support! I've hit my breaking point with customer service here. I sent multiple emails, and guess what? No replies. Not a single one. Then I tried the live chat, hoping for some human interaction. They told me someone would get back to me via email. It's been days, and my inbox is as empty as their promises. I'm not one to rant, but this has become some of the most underwhelming support I've ever encountered in the SaaS world. It's not just disappointing; it's frustratingly bad.

I love this platform because it helps me to write AI at work and then export it back to my github repo for easy sharing. The interface of this framework is really awesome and simple that anyone can use without any hassle, even novice programmers like me can easily learn how to use the framework within minutes only by reading the doc file which comes along with the package itself.

And what do we see but a giant pile of 5-star reviews that are obviously written by an AI algorithm. So we have this software writing stellar reviews about itself and posting them on a site that is trying to convince you it is trustworthy. Welcome to the future I guess! :) Based on what I have read here, I think the text it outputs is fairly convincing as long as the reader doesn't scrutinize too much.
