Then I tried the live chat, hoping for some human interaction. They told me someone would get back to me via email. It's been days, and my inbox is as empty as their promises. I'm not one to rant, but this has become some of the most underwhelming support I've ever encountered in the SaaS world. It's not just disappointing; it's frustratingly bad.

Billing issue Got billed for a full year without as much as a days notification. There is no easy way that I can see on their website on how to adjustment my subscription. The email you receive from them say to click here to manage subscription has no actual way to manage your subscription. My suggestion if you want to try these guys out is to go monthly and then if you like it go for a longer term contract. Because they give you absolutely zero heads up time when they bill you for a year. I don't even think I used their service.
