Read the fine print!!!! Read the fine print, you get charged every time you change your listings, the listings are hard to read, limited pictures, and constantly emailing trying to sell you add on crap. There are many companies that do the same as USRealty, try them, one good thing I can say we went with the upper package, on our closing we only owed them $300.00 not a percentage of sale.

Easy enough and saved a lot Fairly easy process. My package included the ability to adjust my listing and change price as often as needed. I was able to save over $6,000 on selling commissions by paying only the buyer’s agent a standard commission. My only advice is that if you are not familiar with laws and regulations for selling your home, pay a little bit and talk with the broker and/or have him review your listing to ensure you aren’t violating any laws.
