Also, I did not know ahead of time the space allowed for the description of the property and ended up having cut information out. It would be good to know ahead of time. I also did not know that MLS required me to measure each room...no biggy because I was still living locally. I did provide the buyers agent the usual and customary 3%, but still ended up saving thousands of dollars. Our attorney provided the standard forms for real estate transactions.

Read the fine print!!!! Read the fine print, you get charged every time you change your listings, the listings are hard to read, limited pictures, and constantly emailing trying to sell you add on crap. There are many companies that do the same as USRealty, try them, one good thing I can say we went with the upper package, on our closing we only owed them $300.00 not a percentage of sale.
