They run ads for my e-commerce offer--it has been WAY more profitable than any other agency that we have used. They not only run the ads for us, but also make creatives for our business and jump on the phone whenever we need to walk us through exactly how everything is performing.

Started working with them in late… Started working with them in late October. Took them until December to get ads up and running. Lied to us about putting in $1500 in ad spend and in a month tiktok would match it. Paid them 3k for mediocre videos with one lead generated in our 1500 first paid ad spend. They finally got back to me that $1500 wasn’t going to happen and that was it. No apologies for lying about it or any ownership of their poor work. We cut our losses.

Fresh Start Initially it wasn’t going well because the original person designated to help us was not helpful or available. However, once it switched to being with Elias, things turned around. Elias is very helpful and quick at responding to messages and questions. He gives helpful insight about how social media posts should be and he even helped me set up my google ad. I think TokMedia is a very beneficial company.

I highly recommend this company if you are having a hard time navigating the algorithm that is ticktock, defiantly worth the price
