Joined feeling skeptical, glad I did I joined this service feeling quite skeptical, having been burned by lead gen in the past. They have in place an incredible support team that made sure I was making the most of my leads, and even provided my scripts. Their training center is very helpful, for more aspects than just maximizing my leads. My practice has doubled in 6 months and I have no plans to quit this service anytime soon. Highly recommend.

Nice, but expensive It's nice to have leads sent you, but the service can get expensive quickly. Being billed almost $200/month for the Pro plan so that you get the integrations is expensive.

Quality Product I think the program generates quality leads. Of course there are those leads where people are just looking to chit chat for free information from an attorney or want pro-bono services, but overall I think it is a very good product.

Unqualified leads and no full refund I signed up and got specific assurances of the full refund. I jumped in. The leads were pitiful. Their training says to work the system, folks need to be employed. They then send leads with unemployed people and folks who literally said they had no money or needed pro bono. I then decide to stop after my 20 leads and even think to end crim defense as a practice area. I speak with the main guy, who says that he will cover my outstanding bill. I tried his recommendations and lowered my fees and deleted a trial fee. I did get at least 2 clients. I was still unsatisfied with the unqualified leads and overal lead quality, so I quit. When I asked for the remainder of the refund for the first 20, as per the guarantee, I was told that since they extended my time and I signed up clients, I didn't qualify. I was willing to pay for the new term for trying again and following their advice. Instead, they refused to honor their refund policy. I never agreed to forgo the refund nor was it part of the deal. The guy was also rude at the end and I have a thing about folks using the " black voice" thing when they talk to me. You know, saying "fitty" instead of "fifty", etc. Tldr: unqualified leads that don't match their program and they did not honor their refund policy.

Great Advertising Company I have worked with this company since 2015 and have experienced great success with their lead generation. They have fair pricing and generate a great volume. I have briefly worked with other companies and terminated their services as quickly as I could because they could not produce results. Unbundled Attorney has produced results for me every week since 2015. They are easy to work with and offer flexibility to fit your needs. All of the employees I have worked with were responsive, helpful and caring. I recommend this company if you are looking to increase your client base.
