I have taken leads from this company… I have taken leads from this company for years. They deliver on their promise to provide the best leads. I had previously used local bar referrals, and listing services, and ppc ad, but this has been the most profitable way for me to generate a lot of new family and criminal law cases. Their staff was exceptional to me.

Joined feeling skeptical, glad I did I joined this service feeling quite skeptical, having been burned by lead gen in the past. They have in place an incredible support team that made sure I was making the most of my leads, and even provided my scripts. Their training center is very helpful, for more aspects than just maximizing my leads. My practice has doubled in 6 months and I have no plans to quit this service anytime soon. Highly recommend.

A partnership that actually produces… A partnership that actually produces what it promises! The frequent check-ins are a nice touch for keeping everyone on the same page and understanding expectations. We are a few months in our Unbundled Partnership, we are seeing good customer support, and good results.

What is Unbundled? My experience with unbundled has been a roller coaster ride to say the least that you do not see where the high or the low point of the rides happen. I signed up with their service in May/June 2023. For most of 2023 I found their leads to be horrible and little to no conversion as hard as I would try. I was close to the point of canceling until the CEO and Jack both took time to speak with me and help coach me through the model of unbundled and how to help potential clients. My success is their success. If I cancel, they do not make money on me paying for leads so we are both motivated to have this relationship work. Over time, the same horrible leads became converted leads and clients of my firm. Each lead has a potential and you have to qualify them in a way that will work for you and your business. Month after Month from December 2023 through Present I was able to turn around my ROI losses to be gains. Recently I was able to close 9/15 leads that came to me. This has been a huge windfall for my small firm. If this growth and conversion continues I will be able to achieve a new level in a very short period of time. Why 4 stars do you ask? Is the system perfect, no not even close. If you are someone open to thinking outside the box, accept constructive criticism and willing to grow then give them a try. At first you will not see a return if you do not try to financially work with clients with an affordable payment structure that will work for you and your business and your client. The negative to this service is that you will lose your work time doing consultations for potential clients. You will need manpower to help you move cases otherwise you will be working around the clock. I plan to remain an unbundled client so long as this process keeps working. Unqualified leads and no full refund I signed up and got specific assurances of the full refund. I jumped in. The leads were pitiful. Their training says to work the system, folks need to be employed. They then send leads with unemployed people and folks who literally said they had no money or needed pro bono. I then decide to stop after my 20 leads and even think to end crim defense as a practice area. I speak with the main guy, who says that he will cover my outstanding bill. I tried his recommendations and lowered my fees and deleted a trial fee. I did get at least 2 clients. I was still unsatisfied with the unqualified leads and overal lead quality, so I quit. When I asked for the remainder of the refund for the first 20, as per the guarantee, I was told that since they extended my time and I signed up clients, I didn't qualify. I was willing to pay for the new term for trying again and following their advice. Instead, they refused to honor their refund policy. I never agreed to forgo the refund nor was it part of the deal. The guy was also rude at the end and I have a thing about folks using the " black voice" thing when they talk to me. You know, saying "fitty" instead of "fifty", etc. Tldr: unqualified leads that don't match their program and they did not honor their refund policy.
