Would Give 10 Stars, If Possible I have partnered with Unbundled Attorney for many years now, and I have received several thousand family-law leads over the course of our relationship. There is so much about Unbundled Attorney that sets itself apart from other lead-generation companies. The quality of the leads is outstanding. The platform is incredibly user-friendly. Its integration with practice-supporting software such as Clio and Calendly make the process very streamlined. Its team is available to support its attorneys in a myriad of ways to help them best utilize their product. Yet, what makes Unbundled Attorney stand out above the rest is its commitment to increasing legal access across North America. I have built a successful practice over the years relying heavily on leads provided through Unbundled Attorney. And I also feel good about the manner in which I have built my practice. I have been able to reach and help a variety of people in a number of creative ways that would not have been possible without Unbundled Attorney's support and direction. Unqualified leads and no full refund I signed up and got specific assurances of the full refund. I jumped in. The leads were pitiful. Their training says to work the system, folks need to be employed. They then send leads with unemployed people and folks who literally said they had no money or needed pro bono. I then decide to stop after my 20 leads and even think to end crim defense as a practice area. I speak with the main guy, who says that he will cover my outstanding bill. I tried his recommendations and lowered my fees and deleted a trial fee. I did get at least 2 clients. I was still unsatisfied with the unqualified leads and overal lead quality, so I quit. When I asked for the remainder of the refund for the first 20, as per the guarantee, I was told that since they extended my time and I signed up clients, I didn't qualify. I was willing to pay for the new term for trying again and following their advice. Instead, they refused to honor their refund policy. I never agreed to forgo the refund nor was it part of the deal. The guy was also rude at the end and I have a thing about folks using the " black voice" thing when they talk to me. You know, saying "fitty" instead of "fifty", etc. Tldr: unqualified leads that don't match their program and they did not honor their refund policy.

Total scam As soon as the trial period ended so did the viable leads. I ended up paying them more money than I was ever paid. It was a total scam and I feel like a fool for trusting them.
