Thomas Moore has designed several iterations of our website on different platforms over the years and really helped us achieve the look and feel we wanted, with a very easy transition over to the new platforms. He is definitely our go-to with technology questions, and highly responsive to our problems (which is so important when you are facing some sort of error and need it fixed ASAP!). Tigerweb also handles our social media marketing and provides helpful and thorough reporting on its performance. It seemed scary to hand over the reins at first, but they have worked very closely and carefully with us to refine a voice that is so much better than we could have achieved on our own.
