Naz was welcoming, accomodating and caring from the first whats app message when booking a consultation all the way until I was on a plane home. Dr. Eric Peretz and Dr. Asi Peretz were very professional, yet also a joy to be around. They did a fantastic job on the surgery. The team from the head nurse, Monique, to all the staff were welcoming and professional. The transportation to and from the hotel / clinic and the hotel was 5-star as described. You can't go wrong choosing this clinic.

My strongest recommendation My experience was amazing, I saw the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of the process. Communication was honest and clear and doctors willing to explain every detail clearly. Simply put, they are excellent at what they do and the place is filled with a good atmosphere. All the people working there made my time really enjoyable.

From the initial consultation to the final result every single detail was planned and explained very simply by Dr Eric and his team. Coming from Australia there was no hesitation in trusting the process and the results will speak for themselves. I was nervous before the procedure but Dr Eric and his team made me feel comfortable throughout. Alot of people talk about the pain but I can honestly say I hardly felt any they do there most to keep it to a minimum 2/10 at worst, I even got a nap in! On the day of the procedure everything was done to the highest standard and I couldn't have wished for a better outcome. I am extremely grateful to Dr Eric and his wonderful team. Dr Eric gives you his personal number and is in contact daily after your transplant honestly were else are you going to find this?! If you are thinking of getting a hair transplant please look no further these guys are head and shoulders above the rest and I will be recommending them to everyone!!
