From the initial consultation to the final result every single detail was planned and explained very simply by Dr Eric and his team. Coming from Australia there was no hesitation in trusting the process and the results will speak for themselves. From first conference call consult to after surgery wash, the team completely went out of their way to ensure not only did I get the best hair transplant possible, but was also as comfortable as I could be. Naz was welcoming, accomodating and caring from the first whats app message when booking a consultation all the way until I was on a plane home. Dr. Eric Peretz and Dr. Asi Peretz were very professional, yet also a joy to be around. They did a fantastic job on the surgery. The team from the head nurse, Monique, to all the staff were welcoming and professional. The transportation to and from the hotel / clinic and the hotel was 5-star as described.
