Naz was welcoming, accomodating and caring from the first whats app message when booking a consultation all the way until I was on a plane home. Dr. Eric Peretz and Dr. Asi Peretz were very professional, yet also a joy to be around. They did a fantastic job on the surgery. The team from the head nurse, Monique, to all the staff were welcoming and professional. The transportation to and from the hotel / clinic and the hotel was 5-star as described. Amazing experience! Amazing experience! From the moment I landed in Istanbul, I was taken care of. Asi and his team did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier. The whole procedure was just about painless and he kept me updated through it all. The hotel that they booked me into was really nice aswell, hotel staff were really helpful if I needed anything. One of the most important things to me when I was looking for a clinic, was having the actual doctor do the transplant…Dr Asi did the whole procedure with his team along side him. I highly recommend Trichogenics to anyone thinking about getting a hair transplant and I am so glad I went with them.
