Every need was catered for from the airport chauffeur, luxury hotel, hotel to clinic chauffeur etc. Dr. Asi Peretz and Dr. Eric Peretz are both very friendly and meticulous about the quality of care they provide as were their clinical and support team. Amazing experience! Amazing experience! From the moment I landed in Istanbul, I was taken care of. Asi and his team did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier. The whole procedure was just about painless and he kept me updated through it all. The hotel that they booked me into was really nice aswell, hotel staff were really helpful if I needed anything. One of the most important things to me when I was looking for a clinic, was having the actual doctor do the transplant…Dr Asi did the whole procedure with his team along side him. Wonderful experience with Trichogenics. Dr Asi, Dr Eric, the medical team, Naz and Gifti were all so warm and welcoming. First time stepping into Istanbul, Gifti welcome my wife and I with such a warm welcome, making us feel so comfortable. At the hotel, hotel was unable to give us a room as we arrived at about 10am. My wife and I were ready to wait for the room as that is a standard procedure for all hotels. However, Naz made a call and we have our rooms ready! Dr Asi and Dr Eric were both so assuring and patient. They will take the time to go through the paper work, explain to me what is going to happen and make sure that I am alright every step from the time I arrive to the clinic to the time I leave the clinic. They are always ready if I have a questions, help post surgery. Although it is slightly higher than some other clinics, but it’s worth every dollar with the doctors doing the FUE extract personally. Highly recommended for people who are looking for hair transplant in Istanbul.
