They had someone waiting for me at the airport when I arrived and took me to my 5 star hotel. Everyone at Trichogenics is warm and welcoming and really put you at ease. Dr Asi and Dr Eric answered all my questions and explained everything to me before the procedure. Most people say the most painful part is when they administer the local anesthesia to numb your donor area. I honestly will say this pain was like a 2 out of ten. Dr Asi explained that they use small needles and are careful on how they administer it so that the pain is minimal for the patient. The rest of the procedure was easy, I slept for a lot of it. I was nervous going into this surgery but after I felt great. The other reason I chose Trichogenics is that it is the doctor doing the extraction and incisions during the surgery. A lot of clinics will use technicians for this. If you are considering a hair transplant I would highly recommend Trichogenics.

Excellent care and attention to detail Great service for start to finish. Every need was catered for from the airport chauffeur, luxury hotel, hotel to clinic chauffeur etc. Dr. Asi Peretz and Dr. Eric Peretz are both very friendly and meticulous about the quality of care they provide as were their clinical and support team. Overall the experience was very positive and I look forward to seeing the final results.

After the first FaceTime meeting with Dr ASI and Dr Eric and not an assistant or technician, I knew these were the right Doctors for me. I had been considering a hair… I have considered getting a hair transplant for a few years now and done extensive research in finding the best clinic for me. This is when I stumbled across Trichogenics. Trichogenics offered me everything I was looking for and more! Dr Asi and Dr Eric Peretz were caring and considerate from day 1. You get a consultation with the Dr beforehand who will be doing the procedure which in my case was Dr Asi. Now you don't get this with alot of clinics and it certainly put me at ease as he was willing to answer any questions I had and I had alot! I was nervous before the procedure but Dr Asi and his team made me feel comfortable throughout. Alot of people talk about the pain but I can honestly say it wasn't half as bad as I was expecting, I even got a nap in. Dr Asi and Dr Eric are both English speaking which was great for myself as I could communicate with them directly instead of using a translator. Everything on the day of the procedure was done to the highest standard and I couldn't of wished for a better outcome. I am extremely grateful to the Dr's and their wonderful team. Im from the UK and was worried about the aftercare post op but Dr Asi has been in contact with me everyday since my procedure which was 12 days ago. If anyone is considering a hair transplant and is unsure of where to go then make contact with trichogenics, you won't be disappointed.
