GBDisappointing Signed up for Pro Membership and two additional packages. Cancelled the two packages (awaiting refund) when we identified issues with DashBoard data. Conflicting data, alerts and insights meant the data was not useable. Slow / no response. Great if some are getting value from it as I can see the benefit if the data is good. For us it simply wasn't. Very disappointing.

NCSupport rarely answers and can't cancel subscription I wanted to try their 6-month offer but had many issues and support never answers...apart from that one time when I sent a request about our sitemap not being taken into account, and it has never been resolved. Now I'm trying to cancel the subscription before a potential autorenewal and the corresponding page doesn't load...I can't find any way to completely delete the account either...
