GBHappy Restaurant Owner I own a restaurant that has been on the Rewards Network platform for over a year now and it has been a very good experience for us. I have seen a lot of negative reviews calling this a scam. I don’t understand why anybody would say that? The program is not free, so yes, it does cost you something, but any worthwhile marketing is probably going to, and this brings high quality customers and great name recognition with top-tier brands like Marriott and Southwest Airlines. The fact that they buy upfront is a huge advantage for us, and for many restaurants. This is not a loan because the money is simply being paid back through customer dines. I would recommend any restaurant give Rewards Network a try and judge for yourself how you enjoy the partnership. We’ve been happy!

GBGreat partnership Rewards Network has been a great partnership. Many of my regular customers now have been introduced to us by the program. The advertising and all of the options that Tanya and the team have helped us to utilize have become an integral part of our success.

GBBest Company I’ve ever ever worked with! I’m not an owner. I’m an employee of Rewards Network. I’ve worked for the company for 6 months. Coming from much larger companies, I can say that I’m impressed by the way our business operates. I’m honored to work for a company with integrity that truly has the best interest of the customer first! Thank you to the over 17,000 restaurant owners that we partner with. We are honored to work with you and grow your business!

GBThe worst experience I've ever had The worst experience I've ever had, it doesn't help at all and there are still countless charges. In my case, as a small restaurant, I was literally treated like nothing. stay away from the promises they said.

CAWaste of time and energy Update: As Rewards Network has responded to my review saying the issue was resolved I would like to clarify that it has not been resolved to my satisfaction. I was offered points for one out of five restaurant visits that I have asked about. Ironically, the points I received were for the one where I should not have been eligible as the restaurant in question was marked for delivery only, and not for dine in (odd for a coffee shop, but I acknowledge that was my error). I stand by my negative review of the bait and switch tactics of the enticing point offers that seem near impossible to actually collect, and the lack of customer service, except when I posted negative public reviews after months of trying to get simple answers. I regret spending the time to even comment further, but it speaks to my frustration with this company. I signed up to three different rewards network programs with three different credit cards - the IHG, Hilton, and Marriott dining programs. I tried numerous restaurants that I would not otherwise have gone to, but was happy to try out. However, points never posted. I wrote in using the website forms and did not get replies. After a couple weeks I tried calling customer service to ask about the missing points. And was told to call later. I tried again several more times over the next few months. Although the website says points should post within 10 days I received a different answer each time about why they hadn't and was given different dates for how long it might take (up to six weeks). While the program is free, there is an opportunity cost for not using other programs, like Rakuten, as only one such program can be added to any credit card. To those who get points, congratulations, but I strongly recommend that others considering the program look at better alternatives.
