It was a lot of help to me and everything that I needed was in the packet and when I had a question ,I would call and the Person on the line answered all of my Questions . I'm from the old school and I like to voice my opinions to a person , because now a days its all about computers which is nice in a way but I like that personal touch

Totally scammed. Totally scammed.. they have been charging our business account for 3 months. Says we talked to a guy named Ocean Henderson. We dont know how they got our info unless it was a previous employee with no authority... we have notified our bank and filed a claim... sincerely pinellas powersports

But the part we purchased, OEM part, WAS in stock, HAS been shipped in a timely manner and I had ZERO issues with this company. As a matter of fact, I found the owners responses to some critics, quite hilarious. Seems like perhaps some people need to grow a pair and learn to take a little criticism right back. Powersports Online was very upfront… Powersports Online was very upfront with the process. They offered payment just to try their product and actually paid it right away just as promised. I was actually really surprised b y that. We decided it wasn't something that we could use at my shop at the time, so I cancelled it. I was pleasantly surprised again by how easy it was to cancel. This company has been very honest and easy to deal with, and I will definetly keep them in mind if our needs change in the future.
