GBMeh, Waste of Time Very similar experience to Christie, who submitted another review. I'm interested in growth strategies for my existing dog training business, I don't have a lot of time but I carved out an hour of my packed day to get an intro and demo. I watched the required video and was texting with Emma, the same one that bailed on Christie sounds like. 5 mins after the call was supposed to start, I get a text from Emma: "Hey Danny, my apologies I mixed up the times. Could we push it back an hour?" I said yes and waited the hour against my better judgement. During my wait I rewatched the video a couple more times, especially the part saying "I know you're a true professional and we're going to treat you like one. If you schedule a call with my team, we're going to show up on time and we expect you to do the same." After a one ring hang up dial and no voicemail from Emma (not very professional), I decided this initial experience wasn't enough to pursue Canine Compass any further. Good marketing for themselves, good testimonials but not a great first impression.

GBAmazing Results Amazing Results! I have worked with Canine Compass over the past 90 days and it has been nothing short of miracle work on their end. I have opened up my own business in WA state this past year and there have been fairly consistent at times 5-8 consultations that have been on my calendar per day from them. Their value is beyond belief. When starting my business, I was cautious about putting money into advertising and was more calm about the fact that they guarantee 15 paying clients within 90 days or they work for free till they hit that mark. I surpassed this benchmark much earlier than I thought was possible. As we have weekly calls and I stay in communication with Cole and his team as needed, even when issues come up. There is not one one his team that will back down from the challenge. I am deciding to continue my work with Canine Compass to help build a word of mouth business going forward but wanting to make sure my base business is set in stone and completely solid. I have had such amazing experiences working with them and the clients that they bring in! I have started working with a non profit as well as have been able to expand my business to heights that I did not think were possible at 6 months in business!

GBI had the pleasure of working with Cole⦠I had the pleasure of working with Cole and his team, and I must say they were a delight to work with. Despite the frustrations that my business faced, Cole and his team handled everything with kindness and humility. They were extremely friendly and always had a positive attitude, making the entire experience much easier to deal with. Thanks to Cole and his team, my business saw a lot of growth. However, we did face some difficulties due to a disgruntled employee. Despite this setback, Cole remained positive and willing to help us overcome the challenges we faced. He has continued to show his dedication and support, and I am confident that I will hire him again in the future, especially once my business is ready for expansion. I highly recommend Cole and his team for their professionalism, positivity, and willingness to go above and beyond to help their clients. GBBad communication, no-shows, and wasted time I booked a call with this company only to be no-showed twice. This was after I had confirmed my appointment time, took the time to watch their required video, AND receiving confirmation texts that Emma would be calling me. She then left me waiting for over 30 minutes with no response to the texts I sent trying to find out what was going on. She only texted me again after I finally sent an email response to the company about how I was stood up. It was like pulling teeth to get any communication from her to reschedule the original appointment, then, even after confirming my second appointment time today, Emma no-showed that as well. And during all of this I kept getting automated texts about their $1000 off birthday promotion they wanted to know if I was interested in. Obviously this company has an issue with communication, follow up, and organization. If this is how they treat potential clients who were interested in doing business with them, I would hate to see how any communication with my clients would have been handled. Guess I dodged a bullet. I wouldn't recommend contacting Canine Compass unless you are ok with having your time wasted and receiving pointless automated texts. **Update**Your response saying you called my cell for three consecutive days is a lie. I have the text messages from Emma on my phone I can screenshot and provide showing you that not only were you texting me and had my phone number but I can also show you my call logs where you never called. Also, if I did not answer the calls like you are claiming then why would you not have followed up with a text since you had already been texting me? The messages from Emma clearly shows that she was in a call that ran over and chose not to update me or contact me back for over 30 minutes AFTER she had already texted me saying she would be calling me in just a couple minutes because she was getting ready for my call. All of your response is a complete lie.**
