Chaos and Poor Quality of Work Hired them in 2021. Organization seemed to be dealing with chaos and disorganized systems behind the scenes. Had a problem employee who made an awful mess of our website, then moved on, and it seemed as if they had a lot of new, poorly trained people and high turnover. Seemed to have no quality assurance checks and balances, and ignored us altogether when we complained about their performance. Expensive, and touted themselves as specializing in providing services tailored to the legal community, but they skipped a ton of the most basic steps of SEO optimization, and had a series of rookie cosmetic errors like grainy photo optimization and white text on white background. One employee even tried to hide advertisements and backlinks for a third-party in our website copy. Caveat emptor.
