HAD GOOD SERVICE HAD GOOD SERVICE, THEY DID THE CHANGES I NEED IT THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS THEY DID NOT CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD WHAT I WANTED AND THET YOU GUYS ARE PROMOTING A 15V MINUTE LOGO DESIGN AND IT WAS NOT 15 MINUTES. BUT OVERALL GOOD SERVICE. Jay Anderson was my project manager and Dennis the designer. Jay answered right away my e-mails and he called me to discuss what se send me by e-mail. Motivated talented designers, poor professionalism They’ve taken my logo idea and ran with it. The results were great Edit: I’m changing this to a 1 star review. They’re communication and sale tatics go so far in the unprofessional category it’s unnacctable. They call non stop, every email is responded to with multiple calls. If you don’t answer, they’ll immeaditly and repeaditly call again. One day I have had over 7 missed calls from them. This happens on a daily basis. Use them if you want your phone line constantly occupied by them.

New Logo & Web design- New Company Even though our initial logo work was done quickly & we are happy with that part of the project, the company also did not disclose all the cost for the website in legal & professional page script writing fees. We were surprised to find out that we had another approximately $800.00 in charges for domain purchase & legal fees & other necessary costs to optimize our web site. Which we understand, but that should have been clearly stated in the quote for logo & web design to be completed. I don’t appreciate surprise fees when I am trying to calculate project budgets, especially for that amount! Hence a revised review!!

Was very please with the designs made… Was very please with the designs made by Eric Brown for my company. Had some email problems on my side and Jay Anderson was extremely patient and helpful with the whole process. Would definetly recommend this company for someone trying to enhance their business look

Exactly What We Wanted - Friendly Fire Podcast David Morgan and his team (Billy & Dennis) did an awesome job of using our recommendations and bringing them to life, FAST! We were shocked how well they turned out, and it was even hard to pick our favorites out of the 6 concepts they gave us. The designs were elegant and creative all at the same time.
