Excellent way for consumers to find great contractors without scores of phone calls I like the premise of this company - this is not paid advertising. I have not provided them with one penny. They seek to enable consumers to quickly identify companies they would like to work with, without the hassle of receiving scores of phone calls and emails. If they would like our bid, customers contact us, not the other way around.

Review text change Very easy to get the text in my review changed. However, I am a bit concerned that whoever did the original text had less than stellar writing and grammar skills. Looking at other reviews I noticed this is also an issue. It looks like whoever is writing this text is incompetent, and whoever is editing this work is not paying very close attention. It does not reflect well on the businesses being reviewed when the text reads so poorly. And also reduces the credibility of Three Top Rated if they allow such sloppy work.

Positive reviews are the only ones they allow. The senior support executive, followed up with me for three or four days, and this is the email she sent me today; "Good morning Samuel, Thank you for your feedback. I would like to let you know that we won't post any negative reviews." Honestly, why waste people's time in the first place. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. They accept reviews of clubs and other venues and don't post any negative reviews because, "We don't post negative reviews, because frankly, they make it harder to decide." So they cherry-pick only 5-star reviews and leave out real guest reviews. I just wasted my time on their website because I wanted to notify the company who defrauded me with $500. Because it doesn't matter who the business is or might be, this is why people adore Trustpilot. If the review was written by actual individuals, like us, it would be available for reading and seeing by anybody. I bet you that the same way someone discovered that there were fake reviews on Amazon and came out with a website to filter those fake reviews, the same way one day someone will make something for this fake Three Best Rated website. But I don't think so, why waste more time with websites like these. I would suggest to anyone out there, to stay away from Three Best Rated. Do not fall for this website.

We all put our hearts and soul into our work and to have it acknowledged is a way of you letting you know that what you are doing is good. Also whenever I email there is always a response right away..everyone is very courteous and helpful....wish you could give more than 5 stars
