I have nothing but good things to say… I have nothing but good things to say about Curlsmith’s products, especially the Weightless Air Dry Cream. I love that I can buy various sizes, and the Jumbo sizes are excellent value. My orders always arrive promptly with the products well packaged to avoid any in transit mishaps. Definitely a happy customer.

5/5 Styling Cream Did not need customer service. My product came in a timely manner and is definitely a quality styling cream (hold me softly style balm). Though it is worth repurchasing, next I’ll try a cream that is a little denser (heavier maybe?) it might have been ever so slightly to light for my course dense coils. Wonderful results with my style however over time my curls were slightly drier than average and single strands came out easier. Will try this again after testing out other products from Curlsmith that are different steps.

Great products and service. Great products and service from Curlsmith. I have used Curlsmith products for a long time, and they do wonderful things for my hair. Their leave-in conditioner is a game-changer. I recently ordered some additional items I hadn't tried before and sadly had an allergic reaction (it happens and can't be helped). However, Ginny at Curlsmith was amazing and very kind, issuing me a return label and a fast refund for the items. Thanks, Ginny. Great company.

Massive hair breakage from Curlsmith I have used Curlsmith products for about six weeks. Today I noticed that the hair around my face was varied and choppy lengths and looking ragged. My hair has been one length for decades. This product has damaged my hair in six weeks, and of course I am 14 days past the return policy. 🫤
