A Must Have for new Amazon sellers I am a new Amazon Seller. I first came across Profit Whales on YouTube while doing research on PPC and Product Launch. Abusive Customer Service Shortly after complaining about the customer service, or lack thereof, I started getting spammed by 'Mark' from Profit Whale. (If that's even his real name). Mark would spam me at different time of the day, every few hours, calling me names. Goes to show what kind of company they run to let this 'Mark' guy run around abusing customers.
