ESAtom Park is NOT to be trusted On April 16 I purchased a mass mailing software package from Atom Park on a 10 day trial. I paid 157.27 Euros which was charged to my credit card and processed by 2checkout in Amsterdam. Over the following week I tested the software several times by sending test mailings which were run through the Atom Park “Email Verifier” and were supposed to be tracked by the Atom Park “Email Tracker”. Neither of these elements worked properly and of the 6 test mailings sent only one produced any tracking results. I raised this with Atom Park support several times who assured me the software was working properly. I tried repeatedly to get it working without success. Having spent more than 10 hours of my time attempting to get the software to work I informed Atom Park that I had had enough and wanted my money back. I sent several Emails to the various people at Atom Park, Dimitri, Michael, Galina requesting a refund. These Emails were either ignored, met with arguments, or requests for a “full explanation” why Atom Park should refund my money. Eventually I made contact with Galina who is supposed to be a “customer service manager” who asked “have you submitted a formal refund request with the ID and sales number of the software”. I told her this had been done several times but I sent it all again anyway. Not that it made any difference because my Emails were simply ignored and no refund was forthcoming. I informed them that I would post my experience on Trust Pilot, Facebook and other social media. This made no difference as it is clear they don’t give a damn. I have since subsequently found that another company, have made a further charge to my credit card for 97.73 Euro using a different payment platform. This is an associate company of Atom Park who appear to have simply charged my credit card for what? I have no idea. I have requested a charge back from my bank for both charges. Therefore I would advise everyone thinking of buying any software from Atom Park or doing any business with them DO NOT DEAL WITH ATOM PARK. Their products are not fit for purpose and their refund policy does not exist. Every business has the occasional problem with its products which will generate a complaint, but it is the manner in which the business deals with these complaints that makes a great business. A refund (right or wrong) should be made swiftly and with good grace so as to build customer confidence. It can even turn a dissatisfied customer into an ambassador if handled correctly. However these people at Atom Park are not to be trusted and if you are foolish enough to buy anything from them, good luck in getting your money back.

INI can say this company is fraud I can say this company is fraud, I ordered a massmailverifier and within 3 days it stopped working. I tested with my personal mails and response was "invalid mail id". I asked them for help and they simply raised a ticket and that's end of solution but start of new problems. In one month I connected with them more than 10 times and I had this response every time - ==================== Sorry for inconveniences! We have created a task for our developers to test the issue and fix it. It is currently on investigation It might take some time as we have a queue of requests As soon as we get the reply, we will inform you. ======================= So guys I suggest say big NO to their services as they take your money and give you headache and pain.
