Definitely worth the money I'm very happy with eSalon overall. I'm used to going to Sally's where the prices are a little cheaper but eSalon has much nicer colors and it looks better longer. I feel like I get a little gift every time I get a new box. They are super thoughtful and add in everything you need to color your hair perfectly. I love love love their colors. They do a fantastic job with matching to my personal tones and the colors are rich and dimensional. My hair also stays shiny until my next application. My first order needed slightly more ash (although it was very pretty). I let them know and they tweaked the color for my next application along with another free bottle of overall color.

I like it coming automatically it reminds me I need to recolor so it is helping me keep from letting it go to long between colors. I also like the fact that my hair doesn’t feel damaged but healthy instead after coloring. Makes my hair bright and shiny and covers grays no problem.

Very satisfied customer I have been using ESalon for some time now. First from the UK, then a seamless change to France. Any adjustments made to my colour are always as I want. You really are getting salon quality for much less cost. I won't ever be leaving.

This hair dye is no better than a boxed color. This hair dye is not the color I wanted. They won’t “allow” me to choose my color. It also didn’t cover my gray which is not resistant gray for a fact since I regularly cover it with $5 hair dye and it never shows through. It was a long 2 part process of two bottles of dye with tons of plastic and cardboard packaging which is highly wasteful. They also determine what colors you can order for you so I wasn’t able to order the color I usually make my hair which is like a reddish maroon brown but they literally blacked it out and said I could not choose it and that my hair won’t turn that color. Literally been that color multiple times but ok so I chose a slightly red dark brown because it was all I could get and I wish I’d just been like “ok forget it” because this color is just the absolute worst. I think out of the endless times I have colored my hair this one is the most disappointing. It was a huge pain in the hooha to do with multiple bottles and steps and timers and the result were not even good. I took pictures. My gray roots at my temples show through the color as lighter and it’s not like a red it’s just basically brown. Like if I had paid $5 for this I’d still be like well I’m not doing that again but it was $45 and omg am I not ever doing that again.
