Poor Service and Lots of Miscommunication I think they accept way too many clients more than they can handle. It's obvious in how poorly they deliver their services. They're just good in marketing their services and when they're trying to get you into signing with them. Once you're in and you have paid them, the actual service is really poor. There's also lack of communication and constant update which is opposite to what they promised before the project started. Save yourself from wasting your time and money and look for other advertising agency.
