Every aspect was wrong. Every aspect was wrong. The price, the quality, the delivery time, the option given to return the package. A ribbon on the box was not enough to fix all of the wrongs.

First Wig was great…the second purchases were not I purchased 3 of the same wigs at… I purchased 3 of the same wigs at different times. The first one was perfect… so perfect that I purchased 2 more 1 I gave as a gift . The quality of the last two was very poor felt and washed like plastic. The first one was purchased from Amazon website, the others were purchased from Niawigs website…. It was extremely disappointing.

Quick delivery Quick delivery. I really like the texture and overall feel of the hair. I want to thrilled about the smell- however, I am aware that often the hair will have a slight smell from texturizing the hair. I’ll give a full review once I install these micro loop extensions in my clients hair

I've had an averarge experience with… I've had an averarge experience with niawigs.com. All my orders arrived within the expected time and the items were as expected. Nothing inapropriate or extraordinary happend. Prices were ok and I didn't have to pay extra fees. Communication with the customer service team wasn't entirly pleasant. I wish they described their products more thuroughly. But all in all, it's alright.

I love the hair quality and feel I love the hair quality and feel. It was delivered as promised. My only complaint is the website stated " natural black" and the hair was actually DYED black. The hair had to be bleached to lighten the color. Additional money had to be paid for that process. Overall, nice product, just be more transparent in description.
