I sent it back United Parcel Service aka UPS with delivery confirmation. They would not send my refund. I sent pictures and the entire response from UPS. I sent all correspondence to Ashley proving I did return. She stop responding and I never heard anything else from Ashley. I am going to report this to the better business bureau. The really need some customer service training along with good marketing representation. BUYERS BEWARE, BUYERS BEWARE. If you needed money or falling a little short just say so. This is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO THE SAME ADDRESS ON T HE PACKAGE: ONLINE SELLER, 114 MELRICH RD STE E, CRANBURY, NJ 08512 THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT ADDRESS. Your reply isn't true first of all. There's plenty of businesses on the up and up. You never sent the address and customer whomever kept trying to get me to keep the thing. I know what looks best and I will never buy again. I hope no one else does either. Tell the truth and shame the devil. How did a China business get a New Jersey address. God sees it all. If you must lie to make a sell then you just did. Awful WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. YOU WILL LOSE MORE. HAVE A BLESSED DAY. TRY TELLING THE TRUTH. 🙏💫

Terrible company my wig lasted 21 days… Terrible company my wig lasted 21 days one wash and all the lace front went bald and 2/3 of the wig shedded. Despite sending numerous pics quoting their own return policy they refuse to refund me. I will never buy from them again.

I'd give the customer service 10 stars… I'd give the customer service 10 stars if I could. Shipment all the way to Barbados was way faster than I could've ever expected (less than 10 days). Hair is of great quality, definitely will be back for more!!
