PLScanem is great and gives you very detailed data! Scanem is so great! The reports are very detailed and I love the advanced search filters, they are really helpful. They don't only measure Engagement Rate, they also have a special metric called Engagement Rate Score which is way more reliable. The customer service is super quick and likeable, they will explain you the measures they show in the tool and help you with your strategy. I also appreciate the simple UX and UI.
