So bad I'm leaving a review! I spent a lot of time reading reviews here, and on other social media platforms to ensure I chose the best of the affordable hair vendors. I purchased a 16 inch u part wig and 20 inch v part wig. You can't choose the cap size but I've never had any issues with a standard or medium sized cap. Both wigs, but especially the 20 inch v part wig cap was absolutely massive and I'm not going to wear it. The v part wig was constructed terribly. The combs arrived falling off and the v part had no structure unlike the v part wig. The hair itself was fine, but I was extremly disappointed with the poor fit! I've bought better wigs on Amazon! Do not waste your money and buy wigs from here. But if you do expect to be disappointed!!! I've never felt compelled to leave a review before but I want to warn others.

It was such a honor to purchase my… It was such a honor to purchase my customized unit ! The communication flowed so normal with them ! Westkiss did there thing with my wig I came completely done! I didn’t need to do anything but put it on. They sent me pictures of the wig before shipping it and let me tell you it was the same wig and the hair was beautiful when it got here

Good Service The service was very good. I spoke with one of the representatives to see if they had a unit available that I wanted. The rep. responded quickly and she answered all my questions. I think she expressed shipped my order as well because I ordered my wig on Saturday and it came on Tuesday. The wig was nice too, it had no smell, it came curled, the lace was pre cut, & the knots looked good too. I ordered the glueless, 4x7, 250 density, 24in unit. This isn't my first time ordering from westkiss but I usually don't experience problems with them.
