The hair is so soft and full. I received 20 inch kinky curly hair. Barely any shredding. I been using west kiss awhile now. It looks and feel like top quality hair. The continuous follow up to make sure your package arrive safely is absolutely top tier from the time it leaves their facility until it reaches your hands. Of course I am always happy with their units they are made very well and last a long time. I have tried given other companies a shot, but the units are never as advertised which is extremely frustrating. When you want that 250% density hair which you paid for that extra density , not some 150% density claiming its 250.This has happened to me way too many times. WestKiss has never disappointed. Great hair and great customer service I received the package in less than a week. So shipping was very fast. The customer service was exceptional. They give you updates regularly. The hair is simply amazing. The lace is truly HD and blends well with the skin. My hairdresser had very little to do since the hair was already pre-plucked ! Love West kiss
