The hair is so soft and full. I received 20 inch kinky curly hair. Barely any shredding. I been using west kiss awhile now. It looks and feel like top quality hair. Customer Service is a 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend

ready to go/ easy application The hair comes ready to go. The hair is already plucked.The knots came bleached and the lace is tinted. I love that I didn’t have to style the wig. All I had to do was glue it all. The HD lace melted perfectly 10/10 will try again!

Good Service The service was very good. I spoke with one of the representatives to see if they had a unit available that I wanted. The rep. responded quickly and she answered all my questions. I think she expressed shipped my order as well because I ordered my wig on Saturday and it came on Tuesday. The wig was nice too, it had no smell, it came curled, the lace was pre cut, & the knots looked good too. I ordered the glueless, 4x7, 250 density, 24in unit. This isn't my first time ordering from westkiss but I usually don't experience problems with them.

The continuous follow up to make sure your package arrive safely is absolutely top tier from the time it leaves their facility until it reaches your hands. Of course I am always happy with their units they are made very well and last a long time. I have tried given other companies a shot, but the units are never as advertised which is extremely frustrating. When you want that 250% density hair which you paid for that extra density , not some 150% density claiming its 250.This has happened to me way too many times. WestKiss has never disappointed.
