Good Service The service was very good. I spoke with one of the representatives to see if they had a unit available that I wanted. The rep. responded quickly and she answered all my questions. I think she expressed shipped my order as well because I ordered my wig on Saturday and it came on Tuesday. The wig was nice too, it had no smell, it came curled, the lace was pre cut, & the knots looked good too. I ordered the glueless, 4x7, 250 density, 24in unit. This isn't my first time ordering from westkiss but I usually don't experience problems with them.

Great hair and great customer service I received the package in less than a week. So shipping was very fast. The customer service was exceptional. They give you updates regularly. The hair is simply amazing. The lace is truly HD and blends well with the skin. My hairdresser had very little to do since the hair was already pre-plucked ! Love West kiss
