The continuous follow up to make sure your package arrive safely is absolutely top tier from the time it leaves their facility until it reaches your hands. Of course I am always happy with their units they are made very well and last a long time. I have tried given other companies a shot, but the units are never as advertised which is extremely frustrating. When you want that 250% density hair which you paid for that extra density , not some 150% density claiming its 250.This has happened to me way too many times. WestKiss has never disappointed. They made sure I had my last minute order here in time and even check on me throughout the whole process even after . My wig came pre-bleached, plucked, and even curled.
