Good Service The service was very good. I spoke with one of the representatives to see if they had a unit available that I wanted. The rep. responded quickly and she answered all my questions. I think she expressed shipped my order as well because I ordered my wig on Saturday and it came on Tuesday. The wig was nice too, it had no smell, it came curled, the lace was pre cut, & the knots looked good too. I ordered the glueless, 4x7, 250 density, 24in unit. This isn't my first time ordering from westkiss but I usually don't experience problems with them.

Of course I am always happy with their units they are made very well and last a long time. I have tried given other companies a shot, but the units are never as advertised which is extremely frustrating. When you want that 250% density hair which you paid for that extra density , not some 150% density claiming its 250.This has happened to me way too many times. WestKiss has never disappointed.
