The hair is so soft and full. I received 20 inch kinky curly hair. Barely any shredding. I been using west kiss awhile now. It looks and feel like top quality hair. Of course I am always happy with their units they are made very well and last a long time. I have tried given other companies a shot, but the units are never as advertised which is extremely frustrating. When you want that 250% density hair which you paid for that extra density , not some 150% density claiming its 250.This has happened to me way too many times. WestKiss has never disappointed.
