GBGreat and Solid Product I've been using the Theradome helmet for almost 2 years now, and I believe it can be a valuable addition to anyone's hair loss prevention routine. However, it's important to emphasize that while the helmet can be effective, it's not a standalone solution for addressing hair loss. In my experience, successfully combating and even reversing hair loss often requires a multifaceted approach. For me, this included using medications like Propecia/Rogaine, scalp injectable treatments such as exosomes or peptides, and using the Theradome helmet 2-3 times a week. So while I can't provide definitive proof that the product works on its own, I definitely feel like it helps. I'm a 50-year-old male with a head full of hair. I began my hair loss prevention journey at 30 years old, and 20 years later, I can confidently say it works. Additionally, I'd like to mention that the customer service team is very responsive and helpful should you encounter any issues or have questions.

NLDoes not work for chronic telogen effluvium I have the Theradome now for 6 months without any results. I have been experiencing chronic telogen effluvium for 1,5 years now with daily shedding of more than 300 hairs. A trichologist adviced me LLLT and said that I should buy a Theradome. After a long time I bought the LH80 as I have thick hair. The device is not very comfortable as it has pointy things at the inside. This is not an issue if it would have helped, but after so many months I have zero results. It also does not cover the whole scalp. Only the top and a bit of the back in my case, but I have diffuse hair loss. This is not mentioned when you buy the design. The only thing I like is that it tracks how many treatments you have done and it gives you updates on how much time is remaining.

GBSuperior to Capillus cap which has a 6… Superior to Capillus cap which has a 6 minute treatment and needs frequent recharging of battery pack which diminishes greatly over time. Capillus Customer Service was also rude and derogatory with their remarks. So far so good with the Theradome. Love the timer that tells you the remaining time. I have had it approximately 3 months no problems just wish that I knew about the higher model with more LEDs, I would have bought that one if I knew it existed

GBI am excited to start treatments again! I started using the Theradome after receiving PRP treatment, and I believed it helped my hair look healthier. After a tiime, my schedule became too full and I stopped using it. Now, I believe that I can manage the time again, so tried charging it and got a 'system error' message. I called customer service and had a pleasant experience with the customer service agent who diagnosed the issue. I am now awaiting a new battery and excited to start using it again!
