Best customer service in the industry I am always looking for the best deals when buying for the spa. But I have questions, a lot of questions, and sometimes the answers are not easy to find. Many of the local reps don't get back to me or the catalog companies have reps that take orders but can't help me with specific questions I have about protocols or treatments. I love Pure spas team because they genuinely seem to care about my business and keeping me as a customer. If they don't know the answer to my question, one of them calls me back immediately with the information. And they are so nice about it too. I love this company because they understand great customer service.

Many other websites required me to sign up to even verify the price whereas Pure Spa was happy to not only provide the price listing with no sign-ups, they had a competitive price. Because of the ease of using their website I will certainly be reordering from this company when my stock runs low. Before finding Purespa, I found myself on the phone with representatives of other distributors who couldn't help me locate the precise product I was searching for and even directed me to a product that was not compatible with my dry heat sterilizer. No smell, Great consistency, Beautiful results! I ordered the black lash tint in the original gold/orange box. Everything about it was very clear and simple to use. I am very happy with the results. Little to no smell so no irritation near the eyes as well as a great consistency so not runny product. The order came on time and with no issues. I will definitely re-order.

Excellent Service They were extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and what else I needed. My order arrived in two days, and I was expecting 5 business days to receive it. After I received the machine and product, they followed up with a survey. I received a quick response to one of my concerns. They listened and went to the manufacturer. It turns out I was using the product incorrectly. They truly have the best customer service and excellent communications. Because of that they’ve won my business!
