They have helped us grow our menu of services with their great selection of products. What I appreciate most is the level of caring and customer service this company provides. It's really nice to work with a business that truly understands my business - so many companies today do not offer this level of customer service. The personal service and attention we receive whenever we place an order with Pure Spa is wonderful. Excellent Service They were extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and what else I needed. My order arrived in two days, and I was expecting 5 business days to receive it. After I received the machine and product, they followed up with a survey. I received a quick response to one of my concerns. They listened and went to the manufacturer. Goes the extra mile I am long over due in sharing my review of pure spa.com. Our spa has been using this company, (Tara specifically) for all of our equipment, furniture and linen needs since 2012. When I call or email Tara with a quick description of what we need, she quickly gives us some choices and price ranges to choose from. We are very busy and do not have a lot of time to research what is the newest and most popular equipment or multi-functions, mag lamps and motorized beds. She does all the homework and provides us with the most current options available along with quick processing and attentive customer care for all our locations. We trust pure spa implicitly to place the best equipment and supplies into our busy practice.
