I did order the wrong color as each item was not pictured individually with it's color name (the only reason why it wasn't a 5 star experience). So one of the items I ordered was the wrong color blue. Will return it for the other blue item, and I will likely order more if the hue is as expected. Overall this was a good experience.

Excellent Service They were extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and what else I needed. My order arrived in two days, and I was expecting 5 business days to receive it. After I received the machine and product, they followed up with a survey. I received a quick response to one of my concerns. They listened and went to the manufacturer. Many other websites required me to sign up to even verify the price whereas Pure Spa was happy to not only provide the price listing with no sign-ups, they had a competitive price. Because of the ease of using their website I will certainly be reordering from this company when my stock runs low. Before finding Purespa, I found myself on the phone with representatives of other distributors who couldn't help me locate the precise product I was searching for and even directed me to a product that was not compatible with my dry heat sterilizer. No smell, Great consistency, Beautiful results! I ordered the black lash tint in the original gold/orange box. Everything about it was very clear and simple to use. I am very happy with the results. Little to no smell so no irritation near the eyes as well as a great consistency so not runny product. The order came on time and with no issues. I will definitely re-order.

good selection and products, needs different shipping company internationally. Need to be aware if "organic" is certified or not. Pure spa direct has great products, but sometimes they don't let you know something is not in stock till after you order and don't deduct shipping. Uses UPS for international shipping; for example, duty is $75 on an order of $125 (canada tax is only $13%). DHL would be a much better option. If you are an international buyer, consider these excessive fees. Purchased "organic" emu oil, which I later found out was not organic. This issue was rectified and a note was placed on the website stating that it was not organic. Proper product labeling goes a long way (I would not have purchased it if I had known, but at least I was refunded and other potential buyers will have the info).
