Excellent Service They were extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and what else I needed. My order arrived in two days, and I was expecting 5 business days to receive it. After I received the machine and product, they followed up with a survey. I received a quick response to one of my concerns. They listened and went to the manufacturer. It turns out I was using the product incorrectly. They truly have the best customer service and excellent communications. Because of that they’ve won my business! When I call or email Tara with a quick description of what we need, she quickly gives us some choices and price ranges to choose from. We are very busy and do not have a lot of time to research what is the newest and most popular equipment or multi-functions, mag lamps and motorized beds. She does all the homework and provides us with the most current options available along with quick processing and attentive customer care for all our locations.
