Endurance and quality of Products The customer service was amazing! Christine called about my order and manage to replace it with a more updated design. I didn’t had to pay any additional cost! I’ve been purchasing from this Pure Spa for over 10 years and I’ve always been pleased and satisfied with their products and customer service. I can fully stand by my declaration that PureSpaDirect has contributed tremendously to the success of my Spa. Please support this company. You wouldn’t regret it. Good selection. Great quality. I appreciate the selection and relevance to my business. Product came on time. The material was exactly the quality as described. I did order the wrong color as each item was not pictured individually with it's color name (the only reason why it wasn't a 5 star experience). So one of the items I ordered was the wrong color blue. Will return it for the other blue item, and I will likely order more if the hue is as expected. Overall this was a good experience.

good selection and products, needs different shipping company internationally. Need to be aware if "organic" is certified or not. Pure spa direct has great products, but sometimes they don't let you know something is not in stock till after you order and don't deduct shipping. Uses UPS for international shipping; for example, duty is $75 on an order of $125 (canada tax is only $13%). DHL would be a much better option. If you are an international buyer, consider these excessive fees. Purchased "organic" emu oil, which I later found out was not organic. This issue was rectified and a note was placed on the website stating that it was not organic. Proper product labeling goes a long way (I would not have purchased it if I had known, but at least I was refunded and other potential buyers will have the info).

Great Service We use a few supply companies for our spa and Pure Spa Direct is always the most helpful and if they don't know an answer, they find out and get right back to us. Great people, great selection. 5 Stars!

Good online site for professionals, but... I have ordered from them many times. I really like their collagen professional treatment masks and some of their retail spa items. Some things that I would love for them to improve on would be to put the list of ingredients on their products. A lot of the time, things will say that they are natural/organic/pure, but they end up having ingredients like parabens, etc in them. I find myself actually having to go on other beauty websites just to look up the ingredients on a particular product, which I should not have to do. I also think that their shipping prices and shipping time could be better. lastly, I wish they still had the Spa Rituals line, especially since many distributors don't carry it anymore. I will definitely still order from them, but would like to see a few changes!
