My favorite supplier I've ordered from them for many years and they really are the best. They offer more products than any other professional spa site and their customer service people are the most helpful. I would recommend to any spa or salon!

good selection and products, needs different shipping company internationally. Need to be aware if "organic" is certified or not. Pure spa direct has great products, but sometimes they don't let you know something is not in stock till after you order and don't deduct shipping. Uses UPS for international shipping; for example, duty is $75 on an order of $125 (canada tax is only $13%). DHL would be a much better option. If you are an international buyer, consider these excessive fees. Purchased "organic" emu oil, which I later found out was not organic. This issue was rectified and a note was placed on the website stating that it was not organic. Proper product labeling goes a long way (I would not have purchased it if I had known, but at least I was refunded and other potential buyers will have the info).

Decent ordering experience Decent ordering experience! Shipping was a little more than expected, and seemed to take a little longer than expected as well. I found myself removing several items from my cart after researching to see if I could find them for around the same price, but at a lower shipping rate. What I ultimately, ordered were items that either weren't offered anywhere else online, or were the most reasonable in price.

Excellent Service They were extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and what else I needed. My order arrived in two days, and I was expecting 5 business days to receive it. After I received the machine and product, they followed up with a survey. I received a quick response to one of my concerns. They listened and went to the manufacturer. It turns out I was using the product incorrectly. They truly have the best customer service and excellent communications. Because of that they’ve won my business!
