Excellent Service They were extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and what else I needed. My order arrived in two days, and I was expecting 5 business days to receive it. After I received the machine and product, they followed up with a survey. I received a quick response to one of my concerns. They listened and went to the manufacturer. It turns out I was using the product incorrectly. They truly have the best customer service and excellent communications. Because of that they’ve won my business! Pure spa direct has great products, but sometimes they don't let you know something is not in stock till after you order and don't deduct shipping. Uses UPS for international shipping; for example, duty is $75 on an order of $125 (canada tax is only $13%). DHL would be a much better option. If you are an international buyer, consider these excessive fees. Purchased "organic" emu oil, which I later found out was not organic. This issue was rectified and a note was placed on the website stating that it was not organic. Proper product labeling goes a long way (I would not have purchased it if I had known, but at least I was refunded and other potential buyers will have the info).
