great company I am finally taking time to write a review of this wonderful company. Our spa has been using Purespadirect.com for over 6 years now. They have helped us grow our menu of services with their great selection of products. What I appreciate most is the level of caring and customer service this company provides. It's really nice to work with a business that truly understands my business - so many companies today do not offer this level of customer service. The personal service and attention we receive whenever we place an order with Pure Spa is wonderful. I love their prices and selection, and I am always impressed with the new and exciting products they add.

Good online site for professionals, but... I have ordered from them many times. I really like their collagen professional treatment masks and some of their retail spa items. Some things that I would love for them to improve on would be to put the list of ingredients on their products. A lot of the time, things will say that they are natural/organic/pure, but they end up having ingredients like parabens, etc in them. I find myself actually having to go on other beauty websites just to look up the ingredients on a particular product, which I should not have to do. I also think that their shipping prices and shipping time could be better. lastly, I wish they still had the Spa Rituals line, especially since many distributors don't carry it anymore. I will definitely still order from them, but would like to see a few changes!

Best customer service in the industry I am always looking for the best deals when buying for the spa. But I have questions, a lot of questions, and sometimes the answers are not easy to find. Many of the local reps don't get back to me or the catalog companies have reps that take orders but can't help me with specific questions I have about protocols or treatments. I love Pure spas team because they genuinely seem to care about my business and keeping me as a customer. If they don't know the answer to my question, one of them calls me back immediately with the information. And they are so nice about it too. I love this company because they understand great customer service.

I believe this website offered exactly… I believe this website offered exactly what I was looking for and had best price of any of their competitors. Many other websites required me to sign up to even verify the price whereas Pure Spa was happy to not only provide the price listing with no sign-ups, they had a competitive price. Because of the ease of using their website I will certainly be reordering from this company when my stock runs low. Before finding Purespa, I found myself on the phone with representatives of other distributors who couldn't help me locate the precise product I was searching for and even directed me to a product that was not compatible with my dry heat sterilizer. Thankfully this website made it clear, easy, was descriptive and had a better price. I will certainly be browsing your catalogue for other potential needs for my business.
