GBExcellent Service They were extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and what else I needed. My order arrived in two days, and I was expecting 5 business days to receive it. After I received the machine and product, they followed up with a survey. I received a quick response to one of my concerns. They listened and went to the manufacturer. It turns out I was using the product incorrectly. They truly have the best customer service and excellent communications. Because of that they’ve won my business! I look forward to future purchases with Pure Spa Direct.

GBGood online site for professionals, but... I have ordered from them many times. I really like their collagen professional treatment masks and some of their retail spa items. Some things that I would love for them to improve on would be to put the list of ingredients on their products. A lot of the time, things will say that they are natural/organic/pure, but they end up having ingredients like parabens, etc in them. I find myself actually having to go on other beauty websites just to look up the ingredients on a particular product, which I should not have to do. I also think that their shipping prices and shipping time could be better. lastly, I wish they still had the Spa Rituals line, especially since many distributors don't carry it anymore. I will definitely still order from them, but would like to see a few changes!

GBGood selection. Great quality. I appreciate the selection and relevance to my business. Product came on time. The material was exactly the quality as described. I did order the wrong color as each item was not pictured individually with it's color name (the only reason why it wasn't a 5 star experience). So one of the items I ordered was the wrong color blue. Will return it for the other blue item, and I will likely order more if the hue is as expected. Overall this was a good experience.

GBDecent ordering experience Decent ordering experience! Shipping was a little more than expected, and seemed to take a little longer than expected as well. I found myself removing several items from my cart after researching to see if I could find them for around the same price, but at a lower shipping rate. What I ultimately, ordered were items that either weren't offered anywhere else online, or were the most reasonable in price.
