Before finding Purespa, I found myself on the phone with representatives of other distributors who couldn't help me locate the precise product I was searching for and even directed me to a product that was not compatible with my dry heat sterilizer. Good online site for professionals, but... I have ordered from them many times. I really like their collagen professional treatment masks and some of their retail spa items. Some things that I would love for them to improve on would be to put the list of ingredients on their products. A lot of the time, things will say that they are natural/organic/pure, but they end up having ingredients like parabens, etc in them. I find myself actually having to go on other beauty websites just to look up the ingredients on a particular product, which I should not have to do. I also think that their shipping prices and shipping time could be better. lastly, I wish they still had the Spa Rituals line, especially since many distributors don't carry it anymore. I will definitely still order from them, but would like to see a few changes!
