Best customer service in the industry I am always looking for the best deals when buying for the spa. But I have questions, a lot of questions, and sometimes the answers are not easy to find. Many of the local reps don't get back to me or the catalog companies have reps that take orders but can't help me with specific questions I have about protocols or treatments. I love Pure spas team because they genuinely seem to care about my business and keeping me as a customer. If they don't know the answer to my question, one of them calls me back immediately with the information. And they are so nice about it too.
