Excellent Service They were extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and what else I needed. My order arrived in two days, and I was expecting 5 business days to receive it. After I received the machine and product, they followed up with a survey. I received a quick response to one of my concerns. They listened and went to the manufacturer. It turns out I was using the product incorrectly. They truly have the best customer service and excellent communications. Because of that they’ve won my business! No smell, Great consistency, Beautiful results! I ordered the black lash tint in the original gold/orange box. Everything about it was very clear and simple to use. I am very happy with the results. Little to no smell so no irritation near the eyes as well as a great consistency so not runny product. The order came on time and with no issues. I will definitely re-order.
