GBGoes the extra mile I am long over due in sharing my review of pure spa.com. Our spa has been using this company, (Tara specifically) for all of our equipment, furniture and linen needs since 2012. When I call or email Tara with a quick description of what we need, she quickly gives us some choices and price ranges to choose from. We are very busy and do not have a lot of time to research what is the newest and most popular equipment or multi-functions, mag lamps and motorized beds. She does all the homework and provides us with the most current options available along with quick processing and attentive customer care for all our locations. We trust pure spa implicitly to place the best equipment and supplies into our busy practice.

GBgreat company I am finally taking time to write a review of this wonderful company. Our spa has been using Purespadirect.com for over 6 years now. They have helped us grow our menu of services with their great selection of products. What I appreciate most is the level of caring and customer service this company provides. It's really nice to work with a business that truly understands my business - so many companies today do not offer this level of customer service. The personal service and attention we receive whenever we place an order with Pure Spa is wonderful. I love their prices and selection, and I am always impressed with the new and exciting products they add.

CAgood selection and products, needs different shipping company internationally. Need to be aware if "organic" is certified or not. Pure spa direct has great products, but sometimes they don't let you know something is not in stock till after you order and don't deduct shipping. Uses UPS for international shipping; for example, duty is $75 on an order of $125 (canada tax is only $13%). DHL would be a much better option. If you are an international buyer, consider these excessive fees. Purchased "organic" emu oil, which I later found out was not organic. This issue was rectified and a note was placed on the website stating that it was not organic. Proper product labeling goes a long way (I would not have purchased it if I had known, but at least I was refunded and other potential buyers will have the info).

GBEndurance and quality of Products The customer service was amazing! Christine called about my order and manage to replace it with a more updated design. I didn’t had to pay any additional cost! I’ve been purchasing from this Pure Spa for over 10 years and I’ve always been pleased and satisfied with their products and customer service. I can fully stand by my declaration that PureSpaDirect has contributed tremendously to the success of my Spa. Please support this company. You wouldn’t regret it. GBDecent ordering experience Decent ordering experience! Shipping was a little more than expected, and seemed to take a little longer than expected as well. I found myself removing several items from my cart after researching to see if I could find them for around the same price, but at a lower shipping rate. What I ultimately, ordered were items that either weren't offered anywhere else online, or were the most reasonable in price.
