Low Life Scammers This is a Groups of Scammers from, Pakistan Philipines, and the USA who are operating from Dubai UAE, "INFOPERFORMENCE" is a group of habitual scammers currently operating from Dubai, UAE. The CEO, Matthew Guari, the Affiliate Manager, Malessha Sandheera from Sri Lanka, and Annie from Pakistan are all members of this fraudulent group. It is noteworthy that each year, they commence their scamming campaign at the beginning of ACA and Medicare enrollment, and remarkably, they do so without any fear of being caught. Our organization previously engaged with this group, For BPO campaign, selling them Health and life insurance calls, The initial engagement transpired smoothly, but we then encountered a significant challenge. Their Affiliate Manager, who previously responded to all communication in a timely manner, ceased communication with us. Unfortunately, this led to an inability to clear an invoice. Despite several requests to clear the invoice, they did not respond to our pleas. We escalated the matter to the group's CEO, Mr. Matthew Guarneri , and requested that he clear the invoice. Regrettably, we were informed that we had been sending coached calls without requesting the CID or the front-end recording. Consequently, our payment was withheld. When our CEO attempted to resolve the issue, the group began making threats and blocked us from all communication platforms. To our dismay, their Affiliate Manager sent us a text message via WhatsApp, terminating our agreement and stating that they were unable to assist us. Annie conveyed a similar message. We wish to clarify that this group is a team of low-life scammers who are desperately seeking money to support their families in Sri Lanka and Pakistan. We unequivocally denounce their actions and will take all necessary steps to ensure that they are held accountable for their fraudulent activities. We have all the contracts and IO'S, and no where on the IO it ever stated that they can hold the payment without even giving the reason. Just search thier Linkdin Page, and you would know how they scam companies, DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.
