They have a very good costumer service and they respond really fast , very helpful and very concerned about the client satisfaction. I’ve asked for a personal customization for my wig and everything has been done professionally. The wig is perfect , very full ( mine was 250%density ) and no smell, pre-plucked and with very soft hair . I 10000% recommand.
