Professional, seamless and top-notch company and team They helped from the very start until the end of the process, well, actually, until now they are still assisting me with post-op care. I was hesitant at first but I gave it a go and I did not regret it. The way they dealt with me was very seamless from ticket booking assistance, transportation in Istanbul (to and from hotel to clinic). Bob Allen was in full support the whole time and very responsive to all my inquiries. Tugce, their team member in Istanbul, was very caring and attentive to my needs while I was in the clinic. She made sure that I was feeling alright and comfortable pre-operation, during operation and post-operation. Amazing friendly staff, very nice modern clinic. As soon as I walked in I was greeter by wonderful staff. There is a translator there that will guide you step by step. The clinic is very modern and nice. Doctors are very experienced and also explained the procedure step by step. Surgery went by pretty fast considering I got 3500 grafts for my hair transplant. They extended my hair line by 2 inches and filled the receding sides of my head by 3.5 inches which is pretty amazing. I am extremely happy with how I was treated so I told my girlfriend and now she's going there as well for some dental work. Thank you for treating me so well!

The whole process was extremely smooth and simple. The clinic itself was clean and very welcoming. I received 4,000 grafts and there was little to no pain at all.
