If I could give 0 stars I would If I could give 0 stars I would. The lace of the wig was ok but the actual quality of the hair was poor. I get wigs all the time and this wig wasn’t good for the price. It was badly cut, hair wasn’t soft at all , for 20inches it was very sparse and was more like 16-18 and when I asked for a return the seller said just wash and condition it, it will be beautiful , like no I asked for a return not how to wash the wig. The seller also hasn’t responded to me all day with the return information so who knows if I’ll even be able to

I received the return address. I return the item I will delete or change my first review as soon as I get my refund I received a wig nothing like the picture and poor quality. The day I received the package I requested the return address and refund. The offered me $15 refund on a $129.00 product. They refuse to give me return address and refund. The website offers refund and they aren’t honoring it.
