Unprofessional and lack of follow through I purchased a book promo package in May 2023 for my new book to be executed over 3 months for $2000. It has now been almost 6 months( as I’m updating this now Nov 21) and I am not able to obtain specific information as they keep shuffling from person to person and none apear to know what is going on with my account. They do not appear to be able to get me in touch with the person in charge. I’ve now gotten the run around for 6 months…so far I still do not know if my marketing campaign is going to run, when, where I can view or any specifics or given any credentials as they promised in July to access. To date nothing has been actually executed as per contract. Most recently, I have now repeatedly requested full refunds for the marketing campaign and the publishing package I’d also prepaid for a new book and these requests have also not been granted. This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with my 45 plus years as a ‘professional’.

I was a little worried about the cost… I was a little worried about the cost of self-publishing, but Scribe Marketer was very affordable. They offered a variety of packages to fit my budget, and they were always transparent about the costs. I was able to get my book published without breaking the bank.
