The hair unit is accurate in terms of color, hair density and style, and it's easy to clean for maintenance. I've used the thin skin unit for 1 year with proper care while the replacement period is advised for only 1-3 months. The customer service is kind and fast responsive as well. Highly recommended.

I can’t decide what was better, the quality of the product or the quality of the customer service 😅 They were extremely helpful during the entire ordering process from helping select the right unit to sending pics of the unit before it ships and confirm delivery.
