GBLong time user We have been using this software for many years, in fact, prior to the company hosting a cloud version of their program. Although we have preferred the non-cloud version of the program, we use the program every day in tracking, orders, commissions, sales history and much more. Whenever there has been any issue with the program, the company has been very responsive in solving it quickly. I would recommend this for a rep firm looking to track their business.

GBIt's really the support that makes the… It's really the support that makes the biggest difference. There are a lot of free CRM systems out there, but getting started, getting your stuff into the system, and getting productive is so much easier with great support.
