GBSTAY AWAY FROM JUMPER MEDIA!! STAY AWAY FROM JUMPER MEDIA!! This company is a SCAM!!!!! Colton hired me to do a photo shoot for a Client under Jumper Media on the Big Island of Hawaii. Client, flew me out and I shot photos of event coverage for 5 days, travel days, locations scouting days, production days & TWO FULL 11 HOURS of Event Photo Coverage. They had me upload my images night of the event... Jumper media, Colton Bollinger took my money from the Client and never paid me!!!! Client gave Jumper Media my money and owes me!!!! The Client is using my photos on their personal instagrams and Colton and Jumper media never paid me!!! COLTON IS A CONMAN!! BE WARE!!! This man and company owes me over $2,000.00... Nothing was settled and Colton never sent me my hard earned money for my hired professional photography services. He has no training and knows nothing about the Industry. I need to be paid for My Hired Photography Services, as Client is using my images. This now is Copyright Infringement!!!!!! I now need to pay for a Litigation Lawyer and Sue the Client!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM JUMPER MEDIA!!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CON ARTIST!!! Colton is a Conman, be warned!

GBSpend your hard earned money elsewhere... Bought the 1-year package at the beginning of 2019 - nearly 7+ months and more than $1,000 later, we have less than 1000 new followers. Yikes. Always an excuse for why we have tons of random followers that are in no way related to our niche. But that's the cost of using a bot, I suppose! Learning lessons: Grow organically and spend money on direct marketing campaigns/influencer marketing instead.

GBScam Alert!!! Scam Alert: Do yourself a favor and don't even consider it. Jumper Media has charged my company for almost a full year, provided no service at all and refuses to refund for the months provided no service for. There is nowhere to cancel your subscription on your own and they did not answer emails or calls for months. When we finally got in touch, like another review on here, they try to upsell you once you catch them lol. They would have kept charging forever unless I caught onto this. It's pretty insane. Do not believe the fake 5 star reviews. I have never dealt with anyone more unprofessional in my entire life. Hope this helps someone!

GBThe service really does work! The service really does work! I did the Queen Bee subscription. Customer service is incredible! I ended up cancelling but not their fault at all! It was only because I don’t want to grow my social media right now. Investing in its growth- I felt like I had to be on it and I don’t like doing reels lol! My account grew 2K in a few months even without me being consistent. I’m switching back to podcasts or I would not cancel the subscription. With that said one of the nightmares to many of these IG growth companies is not being able to cancel. I’ve experienced so many scams! That’s why I share this part. When I go back to wanting to grow my social I will not look around for anyone else, I will sign back up for that package. It is really hard to find someone you can trust in this field. You can trust Colton and his team in Jumper media!
