No Refunds Handyman Paul of Staten Island NY. # 917-524-4985 I gave Paul a down payment of $800 for a paint job. After more than a month and three canceled appointments I decided to use someone else. I was told I would get a refund. Instead Paul asked if I would loan him $500 more and wait a week to get paid $1,300. I went to small claims and got s judgement against Paul but he ignored the court, the sheriff and me. I suggest any future customers wait till the job is completed before paying any money.

Disappointment Very disappointed ,they were over promised and did not deliver. I was using they service for 4 months I was told I was going to see results on the fist month didn’t happened. I emailed Angela 4 months later told her to cancel the service she didn’t do It .they charged me anyway after I cancelled the service. I requested a refund called Angela left several massages didn’t return any of my phone phone calls . So I I’m going to change my credit card number so they don’t have access to my account.Stay away from city local ,they no good.
