Never contact Support Email Never contact support even send to the official email. I can't receive any email back. That's terrible support ever. I have experienced many feed platform however the Sales & Order can not feed the product to Microsoft Merchant Center at the first time. It need to take several days or even longer to feed the product. That's so terrible to cost you around 20$ for 100k products.

Great Company I've been with Sales & Orders for a couple years and I wasn't sure about the value of our investment until I a was assigned our current account manager, Nicki. She has made massive strides in getting the best bang for our buck, is super personable and overall great to work with. They helped us go from an avg ROAS of 2 to a 8 within 3 months using Google, Bing & Facebook. Along with that they assisted us with a lot of product disapprovals. Highly recommend using their Managed Services.
