Kevin Kevin, did a great job listening to me and completing the project, quick response time. However this wasn't my experience with Joe Wells. He did not get to me quickly, would take more then 24 hrs to make simple changes. So the top portion of rating is for Kevin but he only finalized it, he did not create it. I wish I would better things to say, but cant at this time

Services worth it! Logo Profs is just the agency you need if you're looking for services worth the money. They provide outstanding customer support and listen to your brief very carefully because it is reflected in their work. They also provided a few suggestions about I can change my logo design a little bit to make it more impactful. my experience with them was truly amazing.

PROFESSIONAL.. SCAM ARTIST!!!! Do not use! Paid £600 for a google ad which was never delivered. Strung me along for 4 months with a standard message of “will call you in 30 minutes” (same ETA everyday!) and would always fail. Agreed to refund my money and when asked to which card read out 4 digits of a card that wasn’t even mine (made up). When question Edwin / Edmund responded “sorry for lying”!! Asked for proof of the request to refund, sent me a sham message. 2 weeks later informed refund processed his side and I need to take it up with my bank and when asked for proof he blocked me on WhatsApp! DO NOT TRUST!!!! Awful awful service based on lies. Have reported to my bank who said they will follow up and also reported to trading standards to have him shut down! Disgusting excuse for a human.

Still waiting to receive my logo,after… Still waiting to receive my logo,after making the purchase 2 months ago. What confuses me is they would most likely make more profit from actually doing the work they set out to. Instead of spending time creating fake positive feedback. The Devils work.
