Honestly i want all people to be warned… Honestly i want all people to be warned about this company. I dont' want anyone else to lose money like i did. I spent $7000 for a 6 month contract for them to provide leads to me for buyers and sellers. When i was approached by the sales folks on this they said "our system is guaranteed so that if you don't get 3 transactions from our leads in the 6 months, we will refund your money " "There is no risk to you because of this guarantee." I worked the system for the entire 6 months, gave all the prospects CMAs, 8 calls each (minimum) and the result was no sales . ( I could give you more details but it would just be too long ) I contacted my customer service person numerous times to get the system to work ( They said they were supposed to give me 15-25 leads per month and I got maybe 5-10) ) He apologized and said they would work on it more. I never received the amount they said i would get originally. At the end of it all they refused to refund my money. The ENTIRE reason i gave them a chance is because of their guarantee that they insisted was to protect me. You will not ever get a guarantee paid back from these people. Incidently- my 6 months was over in December of 2023 and my customer service guy, Hudson, told me I would not receive any additional billing. They billed my credit card in December and January of 2024 (I called my credit card company and told them and they removed the charges, and today I had to cancel my card altogether because they wouldn't stop billing me) Run, don't ever feel like this is a missed opportunity. Take my advice and dont' trust anything they say, they are a very unethical and crooked company. Save your money !

Great character and even better results. Jared and Matt are awesome people to work with. They always do the right thing and have a clear vision for the client's success. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I joined in Dec I joined in Dec. I have received 67 leads. Of course you have to sift through them and do your due diligence. I have gone on 12 appointments. 2 are listing in 2 weeks. 5 are in the next couple months. We realtors all know you have to work leads, cultivate them and they will come. Put all those leads in your CRM, feed them, and then they will feed you. Its not a scam.

My ads have been running for a week… My ads have been running for a week now. I’ve received 3 leads so far. I was able to speak to one seller but not the other 2 so I decided to drop the CMA packages off to them personally. The first seller wasn’t home today so I left it by the door. The second seller answered. He told me to take a tour of the home. After touring I asked how long until he is ready to sell. He said NOW. I sent him the listing agreement as soon as I got back in and it looks like we will be listing for about 625K! SUPER EXCITED! Thank you Jake for the tips!
