Great customer service At first when I placed my order there was an issue where it only charged the shipping insurance, I contacted support who fixed the issue in less that 24 hrs, I was able to place the order again right away and received it in just two days!! Beginning stages of using these… Beginning stages of using these products. I love the way my hair feels and looks so far. I am 69 and my hair has thinned so much I am hoping the products work as well as advertised! Customer service was prompt to acknowledge me and were very professional and friendly.

Wonderful stuff Wow! After many years of gradually thinning hair to now where it's SO sparse, I really never expected anything to work. BUT the Moerie set (shampoo, conditioner, mask & serum) seem to be working amazingly. I'm doing a couple of other things, too, so it's not 100% certain that it's just the products (a LaserCap and onion juice every few days), but within about 3 weeks of starting Moerie I'm seeing noticeable growth! My hair seems to be a bit less gray too -- that has really shocked me (pleasantly!). One thing I might warn people about is that, for me anyway (very dry, very fine curly, flyaway hair) the shampoo is a bit too drying. So I'm now just using the conditioner and mask for co-washing, which, even tho they are very hydrating, is keeping my hair super clean. Thank you Moerie for all the research and testing you've done to offer a product that, for me at least, really works!

Total scam Total scam! My hair actually started falling OUT after using this crap product. Not worth the money, at all. Total crap and you can’t even get a refund for the crap product. Awful customer service and they keep calling me to ask for my review… STOP already. Your products suck!

Renewed my subscription! After using the product for nearly a month, I can already see results! I initially cancelled my subscription after a couple weeks, and decided to renew because this product really does work!!
