When I got the first bottle of shampoo… When I got the first bottle of shampoo in the mail some of the shampoo leaked out of the bottle during shipping so the bubble wrap and the bottle was covered in Shampoo. Luckily not a lot of it came out. When the body wash cans their was no leaking it arrived perfectly to me and I love using both.

Customer Service I placed an order for my grandson for Christmas& just after I placed the order I received an email stating first time customers get a 25% discount on their first order.I didn’t know the promotion started a few hours after my order was placed so I wrote to the company to see if I could get the discount & I did(they refunded my card) Thank you to to them, especially in today’s economy, it does definitely make a difference!!
