Not all of them convert, and that’s ok, lead generation works that way. I’ve been using the home valuation landing page they provide to generate my own leads using Facebook ads and the conversion rate is way better than the one I have with Placester. I would keep recommending them to everyone as long as they keep the good leads coming in.

I received two leads--one was not the owner of the home and the other seemed to be the same ''person'' on a number of properties. After my complaint they expanded the zip code areas but it made no difference. I will say that the online agent was responsive which is why I am giving it a two star versus a one star. It was an expensive lesson learned. I will take that monthly budget and do the Google Ads myself.
