I had to return a topper to exchange… I had to return a topper to exchange for another color. I was told I was approved to exchange for another color. However, I'm unable to get a response from Uniwig on a delivery time. My exchange took place on 11/5/23 and it's now 11/14/2023 with no update on delivery all I get is a email saying it has not been process. It's been 9 days. Not happy with the customer service provided.

Courtney topper after a year and a half I got my Courtney 12 inch topper more than year and a half ago and it still looks like new. I think the price for the product is great and it is very easy to use, even if you are a beginner or not a hair-styling person in general. It is comfortable to wear and secure, even when dancing. My natural hair is quite a bit darker than the topper, but it kinda just looks like lowlights when it peeks trough, so you don’t have to worry to get a perfect match. I would recommend it to anyone.

I did it!!! I did it! I purchased my first human hair topper from Uniwigs. I can't stress enough what a confidence booster this is. For my first topper I went with Kaylee light density because it is closer to my natural density which has always been thin and fine. But my next one I plan on venturing out and having a little fun lol. Just watch all the endless videos on YouTube, seeing is believing. It really is that easy to have that beautiful head of hair you long for. I'm working towards my next purchase now!!

Recently purchased the Upgraded Courtney Recently purchased the Upgraded Courtney in Dark Caramel (18in) and absolutely love it! This is my first topper and I plan to get the exact same one to be able to have it ready and styled in two different styles! I’ve gotten so many compliments! I also received it so fast… I ordered it the 12th of January and got it on the 25th!!

Disappointed to say the least…. I was so looking forward to receiving my first hair topper but when it arrived I was really disappointed. The density doesn’t feel like 130; the hair itself felt ok but when I tried it on the top/scalp looked so fake and synthetic. It didn’t even match my own hair colour which is black so not a hard colour to match! It says the parting can be moved accordingly which I struggled to do after wetting it and trying to comb it to one side. It just doesn’t stay. I was disappointed as I watched so many You Tube videos on these toppers and they looked really good! What a waste of over $300. Think I will stick to my clip ins! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. All the other one star reviews on here are so true in what they say.
