Disappointed to say the least…. I was so looking forward to receiving my first hair topper but when it arrived I was really disappointed. The density doesn’t feel like 130; the hair itself felt ok but when I tried it on the top/scalp looked so fake and synthetic. It didn’t even match my own hair colour which is black so not a hard colour to match! It says the parting can be moved accordingly which I struggled to do after wetting it and trying to comb it to one side. It just doesn’t stay. I was disappointed as I watched so many You Tube videos on these toppers and they looked really good! What a waste of over $300. Think I will stick to my clip ins! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. All the other one star reviews on here are so true in what they say.

You don't realise how losing your hair affects everything about you, especially your confidence. Their encouragement and assistance has restored so much of me that I lost to illness and gave me a new lease of life! They put up with all my queries, complaints, changes, worries and made it so nice for me to go forward. These ladies are so supportive and kind and just made everything go so smooth! I had to return a topper to exchange… I had to return a topper to exchange for another color. I was told I was approved to exchange for another color. However, I'm unable to get a response from Uniwig on a delivery time. My exchange took place on 11/5/23 and it's now 11/14/2023 with no update on delivery all I get is a email saying it has not been process. It's been 9 days. Not happy with the customer service provided.

Fast delivery Fast delivery ! Excellent fibers quality. Soft silky, extremely realistic touch. Very realistic hairline and the large lace front allows playing around for different styles. One tiny little critics : The cap and the borders of the tresses are a bit too dark so it is important to watch out to cover them well because if it shines through, you notice some dark tissue that does not fit with my skin tone. Nonetheless, I am thrilled and absolutly in LOVE with it. People who know me wearing wigs all the time, even said : Oh, is THIS your real hair today ?
